we don’t know if he’s guilty or not. he may be guilty and we don’t know it, or he may be innocent and we don’t know it. women wait because it’s a hard subject to talk about, you feel like your life is threatened if you go talk to someone about it. you don’t even feel safe anymore. but also, women need to think about the statue of limitations because they only have a certain amount of time before their report becomes invalid.
