Green Salsa Is Superior to Red Salsa

Look, salsa roja had its day. But it’s tired. Salsa verde is just better. Tomatillos beat tomatoes, that’s for sure.

(By the way, the Tabasco Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce is the only good Tabasco sauce. Coincidence?)

Oh give me a break. Could red salsa be any more salsa-tastic? The only way you can eat green salsa is if you put red salsa on it.

I guess if you’re some kind of philistine who will put any kind of garbage in his mouth, maybe salsa verde isn’t for you.

I think I would have to do a taste test on a case by case basis. I’m just starting to try various hot sauces but have drawn no conclusions. Mood, brand, food it’s eaten with, etc would all affect the answer
