Why are curriculum writers the one who plans the curriculum. They have no idea what the student wants, they try to bombard the students with all the theories, want the teachers to to complete the curriculum within the given time. Why cant teacher be the one who plan our the curriculum and why dont these writers take their curriculum and teach it the way they plan to experience what truly goes on in the classroom.

The most apparent issue to me is that the standards of one teacher might not align with the standards of the next. So for someone like and engineering student this could lead to them going into the field and massively screwing things up because their educational standards are too low. And engineering screw-up have huge impacts on the society around them. There is a certain need for certain universal standards. That’s why curriculum formation is necessarily nationally standardized.
