RE: Why do not we do experiments on embryos intended for abortion?

I totally agree with you about using embyos intended for abortion being used for experiment, but i see a problem here, embryos intended for abortion, are for obvious reasons inside a mother (who soon will not be) and the very fact that she has opted for abortion is that the kid is not required. for experiments, we’d have to keep the embryo in the womb (i suppose) which in turn is related to growth of the embryo in the womb, and maybe experiments on wombs can affect the woman. Again, i’m not sure if we can separate the mother and the embryo and still keep it alive for better understanding of human beings so, i really can’t take a side on this one.. but, it is indeed an amazing idea if we could implement it without any constraints.
