there are two physical genders

Male and Female, that is because there are people with XY and XX chromosomes. You can literally distinguish the two, therefore there is a difference.

 

there are four sexual orientations, not to be confused with gender.

Asexual, Bisexual, Same-sex relation, heterosexual. Those are literally the only combinations.

 

anything else is made up and in a different category for how you “feel” about yourself. It has no actual meaning.
