RE: Christians VS. Athiests

Ah, How exciting! The most compelling cases can be made with theodice, or the lack thereof. Theodice is an explanation for the problem of evil under the assumption that God exists. To believe in God without a theodice means forfeiting one of His 3 divine attributes (omniscience, omnipotence, omnibenevolence).

I was raised catholic and probably will continue to be catholic, but I’ve never seen a good theodice, and I don’t intend to forfeit any of the divine attributes.


Atheism makes a pretty good case for itself…
