I see you are emphasizing the “nearly” now, now we can get into the meat of this topic, a subjective fact as you call it does not exist, those are called opinions, and facts are facts, there’s no other way to put it,and my example”smoking crack in the US is illegal” is a fact, it’s not persuaded by preference, values, or judgment, it’s not subjective in anyway, many may not like that it’s illegal to smoke crack, but it doesn’t matter what they think, they can’t change that, you can change your opinion, but you can’t change a fact
